Pastor

Dwayne is the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. The church is also part of Acts 29 Network, where he works as director of Pastoral Care. As well as pastoring Dwayne has a passion for developing the new generation of Biblical counselors. He serves an active member of the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of many online articles and is also a contributing writer to Christ-centered biblical counseling changing lives by embracing God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three children.
